چکیده

Abstract Aims Saprotrophic soil fungi participate in biomass mineralization, inhibit pathogen development and promote plant growth. Pathogens accumulate decrease crop yields. The structure of fungal communities is determined mainly by the organic matter content pH soil. Little known about influence rotation long-term monoculture on saprotrophic that decompose roots residues as sources biomass. Methods Fungal growth (arbuscular mycorrhizal (AMF), yeasts, Trichoderma spp.), cellulolytic pathogenic species were analyzed a 6-year system (maize – spring barley peas winter rapeseed wheat sugar beets) 50-year maize monoculture. DNA was extracted from rhizosphere roots, ITS2 region rDNA high-throughput sequencing. In both treatments, weeds controlled chemically (terbuthylazine + mesotrione s-metolachlor) or mechanically. Results A total 311 identified. biodiversity fungi, particular AMF higher than rotation. Maize pathogens more frequently identified monoculture, whereas genus prevalent Herbicides clearly increased abundance phyla Mucoromycota Mortierellomycota , Mortierella spp. Minimedusa polyspora . abiotic properties affected cropping sequence. carbon (C org ) availability P Mg decreased yields bound strong positive correlation with macronutrients C soil, well weak spp., Conclusions Fungi exert complex ambiguous effect yields, macronutrient strongly decreases long term, sequence considerably influences microbiome which can be reservoir unique minimize negative effects agroecosystems. the effects of changing roughness on the flow structure in the bends

flow in natural river bends is a complex and turbulent phenomenon which affects the scour and sedimentations and causes an irregular bed topography on the bed. for the reason, the flow hydralics and the parameters which affect the flow to be studied and understand. in this study the effect of bed and wall roughness using the software fluent discussed in a sharp 90-degree flume bend with 40.3cm ...

Anthropogenic land use shapes the composition and phylogenetic structure of soil arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal communities.

Arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi play an important role in ecosystems, but little is known about how soil AM fungal community composition varies in relation to habitat type and land-use intensity. We molecularly characterized AM fungal communities in soil samples (n = 88) from structurally open (permanent grassland, intensive and sustainable agriculture) and forested habitats (primeval forest ...

Structure of weed communities occurring in crop rotation and monoculture of cereals

A strict field experiment with crops sown in crop rotation and monoculture wascarried out in the years 1988-2012 at the Experimental Station Uhrusk belonging tothe University of Life Sciences in Lublin, south-eastern Poland. The study wasaimed at evaluating the structure of weed communities occurring in crop rotationand monoculture of cereals. The highest weed density m-2 was determined inthe s...
